Our menu is a diverse range of original recipes developed especially for Green Table. As a nutritionist, the General Manager, Rebekah has spent over a decade helping individuals and families transition to a more plant-based, mostly raw and all high energy lifestyle, essentially helping people heal and balance, so as to experience every day with more purpose and passion, driven by good energy.

She and the Green Table team are constantly pushing the limits of purity, nutrient density, and energy value and even adapting and creating specials to match their health conscious customer's preferences and dietary demands.

We’ve all heard the phrase “You are what you eat”, but Green Table restaurant takes this concept to a whole new level. 

Let’s preface by saying that as consumers, we are inundated with marketing words and phrases like:  organic, all-natural, gluten-free, fat-free and sugar-free, just to name a few.  We are also further confused by concepts around what’s good and bad for us (dairy, caffeine, red wine) and different types of diets that promote (or don’t) promote health and wellness.  Green Table is not only bringing us the good stuff, in an even better way, they are educating us along the way. 

Californians in general, are fairly educated about the benefits of all-organic, vegan and/or vegetarian diets and yet there’s still another level of how, even the “better for you” can be “bad for you”. Let’s start with Green Table’s ingredients.  We only use organic ingredients; they are more expensive, but as suggested before, “we are what we eat”, so using organic ingredients means avoiding pesticides and refined sugar.  

Going “just” gluten-free isn’t good enough for Green Table.  Indeed, we are 100% gluten-free, but we don’t use gluten-free flour, because it is more processed than regular flour. Did you know that about your gluten-free spree from Whole Foods, Lazy Acres or Trader Joes? 

Green Table uses only almond and coconut flour, both of which are gluten-free.  Almond and coconut flour are also low in carbohydrates and contain protein and fiber which control appetite. I bet you didn’t know that either! And as if the good news about almond and coconut flour couldn’t get any better, they also have vitamins and minerals your body needs. Okay, “gluten-free” just got a whole lot more interesting!

And speaking of almonds, Green Table makes our own almond milk every. Single. Morning.  We’re thinkin’ that’s much better and fresher than milking a cow every morning. And speaking of that other do-gooder – coconut – Green Table wouldn’t dare use refined sugar.  Instead, they only use coconut nectar and dates (awesome fiber and potassium content) to sweeten our dishes that call for wholesome sweetness.
